Our Whistleblowing Service is an independent and confidential hotline service that provides employees or shareholders of an organisation with the opportunity to raise suspected misconduct concerns confidentially. It is a proactive governance act to boost investors’ and shareholders’ confidence in your company.
Organisations registered in this program will encourage its employees who have concerns about suspected acts of fraud, irregularities, improper activities, unethical behaviors or wrongful conduct, to come forward and express these concerns without fear of punishment or unfair treatment.
We provide yearly subscription-based service to maintain your whistleblowing options via email/hotline/mailing address. We will escalate every reported case within 24-hours to the designated authorized personnel in the organisation for follow-up action.
